Recently, Operator Financial Network summarized the negative behaviors reported by telecommunications equipment companies over the past year. Among them, Shenzhou Green Alliance was recorded once for serious negative behavior by China Mobile IoT.

On August 9, 2025, the China Mobile Procurement and Bidding Network released an announcement regarding the handling results of negative behavior by Beijing Shenzhou Green Alliance Technology Co., Ltd. The announcement indicated that the company violated the “Implementation Rules for the Management of Supplier Negative Behavior of China Mobile IoT Co., Ltd.” in a procurement project.

The handling results show that this violation is quite serious, affecting cooperation and resulting in the deduction of the bid security deposit.

Specifically, first, the company’s similar products (professional technical support services: network protection R&D field) were recorded once for serious negative behavior as of the date of this announcement.

Second, from the date of the announcement, China Mobile IoT prohibits cooperation with Beijing Shenzhou Green Alliance Technology Co., Ltd. in professional technical support services: network protection R&D field for three years.

In addition, the bid security deposit of 35,064 yuan for this supplier was deducted.

It is worth noting that this violation also affected cooperation in other product areas, deducting 2 points from the comprehensive score (out of 100) for current procurement reviews for other products in the next three years.

Notably, just before this notification, in April 2025, Shenzhou Green Alliance was recorded once for serious negative behavior by Xinjiang Mobile for violations and was banned from cooperating on IDC system maintenance service products for three years.

According to Tianyancha information, Beijing Shenzhou Green Alliance Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company Green Alliance Technology, with Liu Duo as the legal representative and manager.
