The company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Hefei Huizhu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huizhu Real Estate”), participated in the land use rights auction organized by the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning on March 27, 2026, obtaining the land use rights for plots BH202601 and BH202602 in Baohua District, Hefei City, through bidding, with a total land use rights transfer amount of 26.4065 million yuan, all funded by Huizhu Real Estate.

Among them, plot BH202601 in Baohua District, Hefei City, is located east of Laobaohe Avenue and north of Bohai Bay Road, covering an area of 1.5916 acres, with the transfer period ending on November 14, 2094, designated for residential use, with a floor area ratio of ≤1.6, and the total land use rights transfer amount is 16.7118 million yuan;

Plot BH202602 in Baohua District, Hefei City, is located east of Laobaohe Avenue and north of Bohai Bay Road, covering an area of 0.9233 acres, with the transfer period ending on November 14, 2094, designated for residential use, with a floor area ratio of ≤1.6, and the total land use rights transfer amount is 9.69465 million yuan.

The wholly-owned subsidiary Hefei Huizhu Real Estate Co., Ltd. has won the bid for plot BH202601 in Baohua District, Hefei City. According to the announcement, this plot is located east of Laobaohe Avenue and north of Bohai Bay Road, covering an area of 1.5916 acres, with a total transfer amount of 16.7118 million yuan.

The planned use of the plot is residential, with a floor area ratio of ≤1.6, and the transfer period ends on November 14, 2094. The funding source is self-raised by Huizhu Real Estate.

The board of directors of Hefei Urban Construction held a meeting on March 23, 2026, and approved the proposal for the wholly-owned subsidiary to participate in the bidding for this plot with a vote result of 10 in favor, 0 against, and 0 abstentions.

The specific content is subject to the “State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Transfer Contract” signed between the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning and Huizhu Real Estate, and Hefei Urban Construction will issue another announcement after the contract is signed.
