A-shares unusual movement | Zhongfu Shen Ying temporarily fell more than 8%, with the controlling shareholder reducing 2,359,200 shares on March 26.
Zhongfu Shenying (688295.SH) opened lower today, gapping down, and at one point dropped over 8%, currently down 5.16% at ¥57.19, with a total market capitalization of ¥51.471 billion. Zhongfu Shenying announced that its controlling shareholder, China National Building Material Group Joint Investment Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings by 2.3592 million shares through centralized bidding on March 26, accounting for 0.2621% of the total share capital. After this equity change, the combined shareholding ratio of China National Building Material Group Joint Investment and its concerted parties, China Composites Group Co., Ltd., decreased from 57.2621% to 57%.
