Industry-education integration empowers high-quality employment! The Taizhou University specialized job fair for biomedicine, advanced equipment, education, and comprehensive fields offers over 5,000 positions.

Job Fair Onsite

On the afternoon of March 27, the “New Momentum for Employment, Collaborative Support for Launch” Spring Employment Promotion Action for 2026 College Graduates in Jiangsu Province, along with a specialized job fair for the biopharmaceutical, high-end equipment manufacturing, education, and comprehensive categories, was held at Taizhou University.

The event was orderly, with graduates holding well-prepared resumes, moving between various recruitment booths, proactively communicating with company recruiters, and gathering detailed information on job requirements, salary, career development, and more. They actively submitted resumes and participated in onsite interviews. Employers also introduced their company’s development prospects and talent training systems to the students, actively seeking suitable talent, fostering in-depth interactions between both parties.

It is reported that the job fair was organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, with Taizhou University co-hosting alongside the Jiangsu Provincial Higher Education Enrollment and Employment Guidance Service Center, the Provincial Labor and Employment Management Center, and the Taizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Xu Xiangming, the Secretary of the University Party Committee, was present at the event, engaging in in-depth discussions with employers and graduates. Leaders from the Jiangsu Provincial Higher Education Enrollment and Employment Guidance Service Center were also on site to provide guidance. The event featured special zones for regions such as Yangzhou and Jingjiang, gathering 264 employers covering key sectors like biopharmaceuticals, high-end equipment manufacturing, and education and culture, offering over 5,000 job positions, attracting more than 3,000 graduates from universities in Taizhou to actively participate. A total of 2,442 resumes were submitted on site, with 1,097 preliminary employment intentions reached.

This job fair highlighted a strong orientation towards “integration of industry and education, collaboration between schools and localities.” Not long ago, at the Taizhou University Industry-Education Integration Conference, several key enterprises, including Jiangsu New Era Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Changhua Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Jiankun Chemical Co., Ltd., signed agreements for order classes and co-building R&D projects, and they all came to recruit talent at this event, achieving a rapid transition from “paper” to “on-site” for school-enterprise cooperation and outcome transformation. For instance, Jiangsu Tailong Group, which has already targeted and hired 14 graduates from the school for the 2026 class in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector, along with leading enterprises in the local biopharmaceutical field such as Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group and Jichuan Pharmaceutical Group, reached hiring intentions with several graduates on site.

Notably, the job fair also set up multifunctional service areas for policy briefings, resume optimization, and legal consultations. The human resources departments of Taizhou City and Hailing District interpreted the policies for staying in Taizhou, while Jiangsu New Era Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Changhua Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Jiankun Chemical Co., Ltd. organized special recruitment presentations and onsite interviews, with an artificial intelligence resume integration machine providing intelligent assistance for graduates. Responsible personnel from various secondary colleges, counselors, and class teachers were fully engaged, offering precise job matching suggestions and interview guidance.
