Raiden network token (RDN) is an out of chain extension solution and erc20 based token running on Ethereum. Lightning network is currently in operation, supporting instant transfer, low cost, scalability and privacy protection. Lightning network is the infrastructure layer of Ethereum blockchain. Although the basic starting point is very simple, the underlying protocol is quite complex and it is not easy to implement. Nevertheless, the technology can still be abstracted, so that developers can use a fairly simple API interface to build scalable distributed applications based on Raiden.
