Theres a premium price you have to pay for skilled individuals in crypto yet the talent pool isn’t good enough
This is why companies have a hard time finding and attracting top talent because theres only a few around

I've worked with many teams across Web3
The ones that grew fastest all had one thing in common: their founder used their personal account to market the product
They built their reputation & trust daily by showing their face, sharing progress, and staying present in the timeline
Just having an active X presence did more for their brand than any marketing campaign

Sometimes life forces you to slow down and you realize how much you were missing
Been away for a few days due to massive storms hitting my country
Haven't posted in a while cause I had to take care of things IRL but im grateful everything turned out okay
Despite the chaos and being completely offline, we just had one of our best weeks yet. Closed 3 new clients this month and the business keeps growing
Being forced offline reminded me how much I take for granted. Reliable internet, safety, the ability to work from anywhere etc
Also realized that being constantly online doesn't equal being prod

My first big client hired me when I had less than 1k followers
Most creators think they need 10K followers before they can charge real money but that's backwards thinking
He didn't really care about my follower count. He cared that I understood his marketing problems and had a clear plan to fix them
Stop counting followers and start counting problems you can solve.

its not hard to get clients when you're good at what you do
the problem is most people want clients before they can actually get results
when we first started, we scaled from 0 -> 10k/ month purely from referrals
no outreach, cold dms or begging for clients
they came to us because of the results they heard

you can learn any valuable skill in 6 months
copywriting, community building, basic development, content etc are all learnable in 6 months of focused effort
that's faster than most college degrees and more profitable than most things here
people are just spoiled and way too focused on making easy money

People still dont understand that the best way to consistently make money in crypto isnt through trading or farming projects
Its by simply having a skillset that people will pay for

Just got back from my first real break in years
Hiking trip with zero distractions, just me and my thoughts.
Something about being disconnected from screens and surrounded by trees hits different
I realized I've been grinding so hard that I forgot why I started
Been in this space for years, grinding since I was a teenager. Started selling all kinds of things online, flipping nfts, and working my way up from mod jobs to serious marketing positions.
Everything changed when I built my personal brand and the real opportunities started flowing. Eventually built my own business helping other founder
