The sea is azure jade spreading toward the horizon No waves, only breathing-like undulations Softly blurring the contours of heaven and earth
Sea breeze is invisible prayer flags When brushing against my hair, it carries the salty serenity Cool, not bone-chilling cold But the gentle tremor of fingertips touching moonlight Spreading along the lines of skin Smoothing the subtle ripples hidden in furrowed brows
Sunlight is the softest mantra Falling on my face, warm in just the right measure Not scorching, not fierce, like a lamp before Buddha Illuminating one by one the dark corners of my heart Every inch of skin unfolds My breathing merges with the sea's, synced into one meditation
The cry of seagulls is a question from afar Sometimes distant, becoming whispers at the cloud's edge Sometimes faint, becoming silence in the tidal sound Not disturbing the serenity, only adorning it Like fleeting thoughts brushing past in meditation They come, then go, leaving no trace
I am no longer a passerby on the cliff I am part of the sea, part of the wind Distracting thoughts recede like the tide, revealing pristine sand Worries disperse like mist, reflecting a crystalline sky My heart follows the sea's emptiness, my spirit stills with the long wind In this moment, there is no "I", only The boundless sea, the freedom of wind, the warmth of light And a perfect reunion with myself

I meditate, sitting in the folds of a cliff
The sea is azure jade spreading toward the horizon
No waves, only breathing-like undulations
Softly blurring the contours of heaven and earth
Sea breeze is invisible prayer flags
When brushing against my hair, it carries the salty serenity
Cool, not bone-chilling cold
But the gentle tremor of fingertips touching moonlight
Spreading along the lines of skin
Smoothing the subtle ripples hidden in furrowed brows
Sunlight is the softest mantra
Falling on my face, warm in just the right measure
Not scorching, not fierce, like a lamp before Buddha
Illuminating one by one the dark corners of my heart
Every inch of skin unfolds
My breathing merges with the sea's, synced into one meditation
The cry of seagulls is a question from afar
Sometimes distant, becoming whispers at the cloud's edge
Sometimes faint, becoming silence in the tidal sound
Not disturbing the serenity, only adorning it
Like fleeting thoughts brushing past in meditation
They come, then go, leaving no trace
I am no longer a passerby on the cliff
I am part of the sea, part of the wind
Distracting thoughts recede like the tide, revealing pristine sand
Worries disperse like mist, reflecting a crystalline sky
My heart follows the sea's emptiness, my spirit stills with the long wind
In this moment, there is no "I", only
The boundless sea, the freedom of wind, the warmth of light
And a perfect reunion with myself
