The Seal access control mechanism really impressed me — after encrypting blobs, only token holders can access them, and the privacy protection is quite solid. What I fear is getting FUD'ed, but this mechanism technically solves that problem.

On practical applications, Quilt's batch upload feature has been a lifesaver. I tried uploading over 100 family photos and investment notes at once, and searching through 660 files of metadata tags is blazingly fast. Some people are using it to tokenize AI datasets, and I'm thinking — if my own trading history could be NFT'fied and sold this way, the ecosystem's upside potential would be massive.

On risks, I need to take this seriously — 1.75 million WAL unlocks in 2026, and that supply pressure is real. My plan is to gradually trim positions at rallies, rather than waiting until an actual crash to regret it. Current staking APY is around 12%, so I'm treating it like a fixed deposit.

The roadmap shows an enterprise SDK launching in Q2, which could genuinely attract institutional capital. Ecosystem applications are growing too — a certain trading platform is using Walrus for ad delivery with daily impressions hitting 25 million scale, indicating the ecosystem is actually becoming active. Breaking $1 isn't really that remote, the key is whether the ecosystem can keep expanding.
