PANews reported on November 27 that Kyber Network tweeted that the KyberSwap team had contacted the owners of frontrun bots who had withdrawn about $5.7 million from the KyberSwap liquidity pool on Polygon and Avalanche. After negotiation, the owners of FrontRun Bots agreed to return 90% of the user's funds to the specified address. In return, they will receive a 10% bounty. So far, about $4.67 million worth of funds have been returned to KyberSwap deployment addresses, including 813,198.63 dBSGG (about $813,200), 361.92 axl-wstETH (about $870,500), 441.8 WETH (about $919,000), 261.5 wstETH (about $624,000), 711,430.9 WMATIC (about $547,800), 443,011.6 USDT (about $443,000), 385,630.7 USDC (about $385,600), and 65,130 USDT (about $65,100). KyberSwap said it will continue to support law enforcement and cybersecurity experts in recovering remaining user funds from hackers.
