Indonesian stock market weakens, market worries about MSCI weight adjustment.

Jin10 data reports on October 27th that the Indonesian stock market recorded its biggest fall in over six months, following concerns over potential adjustments to the weight of Indonesian stocks raised by a consultation document from MSCI. The document seeks feedback on how to estimate the Circulating Supply of Indonesian securities. Proposed adjustments to the calculation of Circulating Supply may drop the index weight of certain companies. The Jakarta Composite Index fell by as much as 3.8%, marking its largest decline since April 8.
