Just woke up, opened the first order for a short at 3905, planning to set a stop loss at a new high. Small position because I'm scared, but if I don't short, I feel like I've missed out. Hahaha.

I closed my long position early yesterday, but there was nothing I could do. I can't see the few subscriptions I'm following, let alone as a newbie like me. But I'm steady; I didn't open a single short position today. I just tried a little while ago, and if it couldn't go down, I would exit. I can't make sense of this market, so why should I trade? What’s that saying? People can't earn money beyond their understanding.

Wang Wang's trading diary suggests stopping trading for a day or two when the mindset is unstable. This way, once the mindset stabilizes, the profit model can be restored. The previous two days of losses were due to attempting to go long, which is very easy to stop loss during a downtrend. Immediately after that, a short order was placed, but at this point, the mindset had already started to feel anxious, leading to a hasty chase for shorts.
