SBF alleges that Judge Lewis Kaplan is biased and asks that he recuse himself from the case

Gate News message, March 31. SBF recently posted on social media alleging that U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York has a bias, and requested that he be recused from presiding over the case. In the post, SBF cited a precedent in which Delaware’s chief judge was recused from three cases after being accused of having a bias, and questioned why Kaplan had not been recused in his case. SBF said that Kaplan engaged in improper conduct during the proceedings, including expressing a preferential attitude in front of the jury. SBF believes that the relevant judge should recuse himself from his case by referring to similar cases.
