The Cyberspace Administration of China is soliciting public comments on the “Administrative Measures for the Information Services of Digital Virtual Humans”

Gate News message, April 4, the Cyberspace Administration of China released a notice on soliciting public comments on the 《Administrative Measures for Information Services of Digital Virtual Humans (Draft for Comment)》. The measures state that, from the start of digital virtual human services, digital virtual human service providers, service users, and service providers that provide network information content dissemination services shall, throughout the entire process in the digital virtual human display area, continuously and conspicuously display a prominent warning label containing the wording “digital human,” and shall comply with the national regulations on labeling for AI-generated synthetic content.
