Hello, the Gate fee rebate voucher is a tool used to return a portion of the fees incurred by users when trading on the Gate platform. During the validity period of the voucher, the platform will refund a portion of the fees based on the proportion and remaining amount of the voucher. The refunded fees will be distributed to the Spot account before 23:59:59 on the next trading day (UTC+0). How to use? Go to 👉 "Voucher Center" to select the fee experience voucher for activation. The fee rebate voucher must be manually activated to take effect, and only one fee rebate voucher can be activated at a time. The fee rebate voucher will automatically expire after the expiration date and cannot be used to enjoy the rebate after expiration. Applicable trading types The fee rebate vouchers are divided into Spot rebate vouchers and contract rebate vouchers (USDT Perpetual Futures). Delivery fees do not participate in the rebate. Trading Bots, copy trading, trading using contract experience funds and contract experience vouchers do not participate in the rebate. Using point cards to offset fees does not participate in the rebate. Possible reasons for not receiving the rebate If your account has a fee rebate voucher but you have not received the rebate, there may be the following reasons: The fee rebate voucher has not been activated. The rebate voucher is only applicable to specific markets, such as USDT Perpetual Futures. The rebate will be distributed the next day, not instant. The rebate limit has been reached. The rebate voucher has expired. Fees offset by point cards do not count towards rebate eligibility. The amount of rebate on the day must exceed 0.0000000001 U to be processed.
