Abstract generation in progress

Capitulation is not just a trend for plummet, it is a signal to the bottom. When even the most stubborn bulls are broken and they start shorting, you know what – this is a good sign for those who are buying on the plummet.

Reading the signs is simple:

  • Trading volumes are off the charts
  • The price is plummeting vertically
  • The coin is resold
  • Whales are massing

FTX was a classic example – everything converged at one point.

But here's the interesting part: Capitulation is not a disaster; it's a turning point. After everything starts, serious money comes into the market. Remember March 2020? BTC plummeted, but then… soared to new maximums.

Experienced hodlers know: during panic, you should hold, because later coins accumulate in hot hands, old coins do not move, and the bull trend is waiting around the corner.

The main thing is that the bottom is hard to catch. It can last for months, or even years ( like BTC in 2014-2016). But history shows: capitulation always leads to a rebound.
