Is the AI bubble theory back again? Jen-Hsun Huang directly responded.

Recently, Michael Burry warned about an AI bubble, but Nvidia CEO Jen-Hsun Huang refuted this claim at the earnings conference. He believes that what is happening now is fundamentally not a bubble, but three waves of real technological revolution:

1️⃣ The migration from CPU to GPU - the massive shift of hundreds of billions of dollars in cloud computing has just begun.

2️⃣ Traditional ML to Generative AI - has already transformed search rankings, recommendation systems, and advertising placements. Meta increased Instagram's conversion rate by 5% and Facebook's by 3% using Generative AI.

3️⃣ Agent AI and Physical AI - Jen-Hsun Huang stated this is "the next frontier of computing", including applications like Tesla's autonomous driving and the Harvey legal assistant.

He makes a good point, but the problem is... no one can predict the future. History will repeat itself but never replicate. AI is definitely a part of the future, but to what extent? No one knows. Investors are better off investing regularly and holding long-term, rather than trying to time the market precisely.

In simple terms, we can only wait and see how the story unfolds.
