Don't remind me again today

I have to say there are too many wealthy people in Shenzhen.

Today I saw the news that the luxury property Wan Yunxi in Shenzhen opened for sale, selling 13 billion in one day. Upon closer inspection, I found that this property is a super high-rise residential building, and the higher the floor, the higher the price, comparable to high-rise luxury apartments in New York, right?
Units above the 55th floor start at 130 million, with a price of over 250,000 per square meter, and the top floor costs 500 million per unit.

I have mentioned the issue at a high level before, and I don't quite understand what the top luxury residents in Shenzhen are thinking; living in super high-rise buildings always comes with a fire safety concern.
In reality, once a fire breaks out above the 15th to 22nd floor, the firefighting capability becomes very limited. With more than 50 floors, evacuation will be very difficult.

Most ordinary people are capable of avoiding ultra-high-rise buildings as much as possible. After years of neglect, property fees rise, and then some people start to default on payments, leading to a host of problems 20 to 30 years later.
