Here’s a way to make money—it might sound a bit unconventional, but it really works.

When the market looks especially pleasing to you and you feel totally at ease—that’s exactly when I know it’s time to exit. On the flip side, when the market is so nasty it makes you want to throw up, and you’re filled with panic—that’s precisely my signal to start buying in.

As for those golden periods when everyone’s hyped up and convinced “this one’s a sure win”? I’m usually not around. Either I’m out fishing in the countryside or just chilling at home—not touching the markets at all.

It reminds me of a tough saying passed down among Wall Street veterans:

The only traders who can laugh at the end are of two kinds—
The first kind: those who never go all-in.
The second kind: the lucky ones who haven’t yet gone bust from going all-in.
