Issued at $1.77, that's a bit dilutive. Is this a sign of a dumping trend?

The scale of this round of financing for Soluna is pretty decent, and the price of $1.77 seems fairly reasonable... However, the accompanying Series C warrants still give me a bit of a dilution vibe.

Soluna raised funds again? That's quite a bit of dilution...

Issuing stock at $1.77, how much dilution will that cause?

$1.77 per share issuance? Is this dilution or an emergency bailout?

Another fundraising story—this time Soluna has come to cash in on retail investors too.
