I heard that a top exchange has a new CEO. Does this mean there might be a "general amnesty" coming?

My account has been inactive for almost three years now. If we count one day as three years, it feels like more than a thousand autumns have passed 😭

I'm about the same, my account is basically dead, it's really hopeless. You think changing personnel can overturn things? Don't kid yourself, the exchange's blacklist is more solid than anything. Honestly, the chances of getting out of the "little black room" are as slim as a massive price surge. It's not that I'm pessimistic, it's just how this industry works...
