A leading exchange recently issued an investigation announcement, and after looking into it, it turns out to be a big deal.

To put it simply: some employees secretly launched tokens on-chain first, then used the official account to pump the price. After comparing the data, the internal audit team confirmed the misconduct, and the person involved has now been suspended and will likely face legal action.

The whistleblowers' efforts also paid off— the platform directly awarded $100,000, split among the five people who reported it via the official email.

If this kind of internal corruption isn't dealt with in time,

Damn, this move is brilliant. The insider used the official account to pump the coin. How arrogant must that be? --- $100,000 split among 5 people, turns out reporting has become a business too haha --- Honestly, timely handling is still useful, or else these scandals could blow up the sky --- Wait, all on-chain data can be compared, so how did they manage to hide it for so long before? --- Really, once internal corruption is exposed, the platform's credibility collapses instantly. Good thing they caught it in time. --- I just want to know what that guy was thinking, daring to do it with the official account

Damn, so blatant? Issuing your own token and pumping it yourself, do you really think no one is watching the chain?

honestly this is peak insider trading energy... technically speaking the fact they caught it *at all* says something, but ngl the damage was probably already done on chain before anyone noticed. saved those whistleblowers a few ETH i guess, 20k each isn't nothing when you're the one who spotted the rugpull setup

Damn, that's a bold move, using the official account as your own ATM? Serves you right to get nailed.

This round of reporting rewards is quite generous—$20k per person is a lot. But the insider’s methods were really sloppy.
