Recently, a pretty explosive event happened in the crypto circle.

Let's start with the performance of two tokens: $year of yellow fruit on the BSC chain skyrocketed from $260,000 to $6,000,000, and $BIG on Solana also surged from $490,000 to $5,500,000. The increase was indeed quite fierce.

But what's more interesting is the story behind it. An official microblogger from a major exchange posted a tweet with an image, and sharp-eyed users noticed something was off—the token project actually appeared before the tweet was posted! This caused a big stir, and someone immediately reported that there might be a "whale" inside the platform.

The incident escalated quickly, and the platform didn't hide it—they launched an internal investigation right away. Now the results are out, confirming there was indeed an issue, and the user who reported it received a reward.

Gotta say, the transparency of all on-chain data can sometimes be a double-edged sword. The advantage of reduced information asymmetry makes it harder to hide profit margins, which is good news for retail investors. Just a reminder: when chasing hot topics, stay alert and don’t get caught as a leek by those who have already laid out their plans.

Mice仓被当众揭穿,这次确实过瘾 Speaking of 260,000 to 6 million, anyone would be envious of such a rise, but how did they know to buy in advance, haha The good thing about blockchain is that everything can be uncovered; nothing can be hidden But I still want to ask, how does the exchange check this? Such obvious issues should be discovered by users themselves? Looks like I need to be more cautious in the future; not all hot topics can be chased By the way, how much reward did the reporting user receive? This business is quite profitable

Ha, it's the classic pump-and-dump scheme again, and this time it was exposed publicly. Interesting. --- On-chain data is truly impressive; cheating is almost impossible, much more transparent than traditional finance. --- But speaking of which, the guy who discovered the issue early on definitely made a profit. Kudos for the tip-off reward. --- That 6 million yuan increase... I just want to know what those latecomers are thinking now. --- Be cautious when chasing trends. This incident is a living lesson—don't be the last to act. --- The internal investigation was wrapped up so quickly; it seems the evidence is solid. --- Basically, it's still a game of information asymmetry, but the gap is really closing now. --- $year of yellow fruit, I didn't even consider associating with this kind of stuff when I saw that name.

The old "mouse warehouse" tactic is really becoming less and less manageable, on-chain is just this hardcore --- A 6 million increase, I wonder how many people got chopped up in the process --- People can still make money by reporting, this is the kind of Web3 we should have --- Wait, the official editor was actually caught so shallowly? Is the insider so obvious? --- Retail investors can turn the tide with on-chain transparency, this is quite an impressive feat --- I just want to know what the person who knew in advance is thinking right now, haha --- So the question is, can we still trust exchanges --- Wow, an internal investigation and they actually have the guts to disclose the results --- Every time I see this kind of thing, I feel that in the crypto world, just trading coins isn't enough, you have to be a detective --- Rewarding the whistleblower is a good move, at least better than some platforms pretending to be dead

Whoa, the insider trading was exposed publicly. This exchange is definitely socially dead now. Inside hackers at the exchange dare to be so brazen. Fortunately, on-chain data can't be hidden, or else we'd get cut again. This guy reports for rewards, and we still get cut. Is this the difference in treatment? A 6 million increase—just thinking about how many people are trapped. It's really fucking ironic. Next time you check out new tokens on Twitter, you better first check the on-chain timeline; otherwise, you're just sending money to insiders.
