Space stations are running fine-tuned models with open-source tools right now. Meanwhile, some orgs down here still claim they "can't" train custom models?

To be honest, the space station is already up and running, but the organization is still arguing. Isn't this a typical case of "I have no money"? Actually, it's just a lack of motivation.

To be honest, that's a bit of an absolute statement. Just because the space station can run the model doesn't mean all companies have that level of resources, and the cost difference is so huge.
