Speaking as someone who's seen the system from inside: airport baggage X-rays should honestly be scrapped.

They're security theater at best. The prevention rate? Practically negligible. We're sacrificing privacy for a false sense of safety that doesn't hold up under scrutiny.

Time to rethink what actual security looks like.
