The interest rate cut has been implemented, with a further decrease of 25 basis points. However, it did not bring a significant boost to the market; instead, there was a rally before the rate cut was announced. Looking at the trend after the rate cut, confidence remains insufficient, and funds are showing signs of fleeing. It can only be said that the market in the next one to two months is worrying. However, yesterday's rise has given us a little confidence, indicating that the downside space is relatively limited.
It must be emphasized again that the so-called limited downward space only applies to mainstream assets. If the market continues into a bear market, the prices of altcoins are hard to predict. Currently, the main issue is liquidity shortage. Additionally, since there are no significant profit-making effects, the entire market also lacks vibrant products, or even concepts, which is very unfavorable for prices.
Recently, I haven't been paying much attention to the market, apart from some passive grid operations. I haven't been actively trading. I believe this is the case for most people; AI is more interesting. Looking at investor sentiment, it’s basically in a bear market state, just not at prices that are highly attractive. For us, perhaps it’s already time to increase holdings in spot assets.
Generally, buying when no one is paying attention is usually correct. The grid trading I’m doing mainly involves buying on dips. Honestly, although I believe the market won't rise in the short term, I still find the current situation quite disappointing, especially considering the support from Wall Street capital this year. It should have been a crazier bull market.
