Big tech's AI race just took an interesting turn. A search giant just rolled out something called 'Disco' - an experimental tool that lets you spin up functional web apps straight from your browser tabs. Powered by their Gemini AI model, this thing basically watches what you're doing online and auto-generates working prototypes.

What's wild here? Instead of writing code from scratch, developers could theoretically just browse examples and let the AI handle the heavy lifting. Sure, it's early days and probably buggy as hell, but the implications are pretty massive. We're talking about potentially lowering the barrier to entry for building decentralized apps and Web3 tools.

The timing's curious too - comes right as everyone's scrambling to integrate AI into their workflows. Whether this becomes a game-changer or just another abandoned experiment remains to be seen, but it's definitely worth keeping tabs on.

No way, another AI-generated code tool... Will it really work this time or will it just get hyped up and then abandoned?

Disco sounds alright, but can Google and their team keep it going until next year? Honestly, it's a bit uncertain.

Disco sounds cool, but I bet five dollars it's just another failed project from a big company. It's another thing hyped up and then ending in nothingness; I've seen too many of these. Web3 has lowered the barrier to building applications, which is great, but I'm just worried about being exploited again by big corporations. Early versions are definitely full of bugs—who dares to be the first to try? These big companies really only know how to hype concepts; how many of these are actually usable?

disco this thing, looks like just another overhyped demo... Can it really lower the barrier to Web3 development? I'm skeptical about it.

NGL Disco sounds pretty impressive, but does it really lower the Web3 development barrier? I'm skeptical.
