The hottest debate circulating in the NFT market lately centers on a seemingly simple question: should floor prices be quoted in ETH or USD? It sounds trivial, but it actually reveals something deeper about how the space has matured.
Personally, I think pricing everything in ETH is becoming outdated. The mentality has shifted. Back in 2021, chasing ETH gains made sense when everyone was betting on eth's long-term upside. Today's trading reality is different—when I'm looking at NFT acquisitions, my goal is clear: maximize the dollar value in my pocket, not accumulate more ETH. The priority has flipped. It's a telling indicator of where trader psychology stands right now.
