Tao's price action on the daily chart is showing some interesting weakness. There's a bearish divergence forming across the 3-day timeframe—RSI readings are pretty stretched upside while the price itself is struggling to convincingly break above the yearly open level.

That yearly open acts as a critical invalidation point for this bearish setup. If we see a clean break above it, the whole narrative shifts.

For now though, the technicals are pointing lower. I'm watching for a test of the $200 region, expecting at minimum a candle close down there. Could get a wick down even deeper depending on how the selling unfolds.

It's one of those setups where the next directional move matters a lot for context—either we confirm the bearish thesis or get invalidated at that open.

If you hold onto the 200 dollars, it's really crucial. Once you break through, the entire narrative will change. Right now, this divergence looks a bit weak, let's wait and see if it can break down.

It's another RSI top divergence. I've seen this pattern too many times. If $200 can't break downward, it would be embarrassing.

ngl the $200 test is where liquidity depth really gets tested... opportunity cost of holding through this divergence is kinda brutal tbh

yeah the RSI stretch is exactly what I flagged last week... everyone's chasing that yearly open like it means something, but empirically speaking the rejection's already baked in. $200 test is inevitable at this point, let me know when the wick touches it lol

The yearly line is really a hurdle here. If it can't break through, it has to move down --- The RSI is stuck at the top, and the price still can't push up, which is ridiculous --- $200 seems to be a solid bottom, but it depends on the strength of the breakdown --- Waiting for the yearly open to be broken, then the narrative can be confirmed --- It's a bit shaky, feels like there's not much momentum to break the level --- The probability of moving down is clearly higher, just see if $200 can hold up

Tao's RSI has peaked this round but can't break the yearly open, feeling like it's going to drop to 200... However, once it breaks the opening price, the entire trend will reverse, just waiting to see how this wave unfolds.
