In today's tech landscape, building proprietary AI models isn't optional anymore—it's survival. Companies that outsource their entire AI strategy to third-party providers risk losing competitive edge fast. Think about it: those who invest in custom model development, fine-tuned for their specific use cases, will capture market share. The ones sitting idle? They'll watch from the sidelines. Whether it's Web3 platforms optimizing smart contracts with AI, or traditional tech giants expanding into decentralized tech, in-house model capabilities become non-negotiable. The question isn't whether to build—it's how quickly you can scale.

Really, not developing your own AI model now is suicidal. Just look at those companies still using third-party solutions, and you'll see they'll be pushed out sooner or later.

You're absolutely right, self-research is the way to go. Projects that rely solely on calling APIs will eventually get hit.

Haha, it's that same argument of "not developing our own model means death" again. I'm tired of hearing it.

That's right, if you don't develop your own model now, you'll just be waiting to get eliminated.

Keep rolling, not developing your own AI models will really get you beaten... Especially in Web3, you have to do it yourself to survive.
