The early cryptocurrency ecosystem was full of creativity. In early 2015, during a startup sharing event, a well-known industry figure engaged in an in-depth discussion about the future prospects of Bitcoin and also shared insights on entrepreneurial partnerships and team management.
The most memorable part was the现场互动: participants could scan a QR code to receive Bitcoin as a reward. This was quite an innovative promotional method at the time — directly allowing users to experience digital asset transfers, rather than just listening to theories. This approach not only demonstrated Bitcoin as a value carrier in practical applications but also reflected the exploration and creativity of early practitioners in ecosystem dissemination.
Looking back at this history, one can feel the vibrant vitality and experimental spirit of the industry in its early days.

well, *actually* that qr code distribution was pretty inefficient from a game theory perspective. could've optimized the liquidity bootstrap mechanism with better incentive alignment tbh

Scan the code to earn Bitcoin, this is true promotion. Right now, these project teams only make empty promises.

Scan the code to receive Bitcoin. Back then, I really dared to play. Thinking about it now, it's just ridiculous.
