YuZhi Financial Co., Ltd., under the name "Virtual Asset Copy Trading," is exposed for "soft跑路," claiming a membership size of 3 million.

Deep Tide TechFlow News, December 14 — According to the Economic Observer, YuZhi Financial Co., Ltd., operating under the guise of “virtual asset copy trading,” has been reported to have “softly run away.” The platform promotes multiple applications, including its virtual asset trading app HSEX, promising investors a daily return of 1% and a cumulative 30-day return of up to 370.6%. They require users to develop downstream users and offer high rewards, forming a pyramid scheme.

On December 8, investors received notices stating that they must pay a “self-certification deposit” of 20% of their total account balance to withdraw profits, with withdrawal fees increasing from 10% to 30%. The platform claims to have 3 million members. Based on the minimum investment threshold of 7,400 yuan, the scale of the fund pyramid could exceed 20 billion yuan.

The Office of the Joint Prevention and Control of Illegal Financial Activities in Xinyi City, Guangdong Province, has issued a risk warning, confirming that YuZhi Financial has not obtained the necessary business licenses from the national financial regulatory authorities. Its HSEX application has also not been authorized or filed. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has listed the company and related applications as suspicious websites.
