What happened with Peller is deeply concerning. While heartbreak can affect anyone, his actions shouldn’t come as a total surprise as he’s still very young and clearly lacks the emotional maturity to handle intense relationship issues properly.

This should not go without consequences. Driving recklessly with the intention of harming oneself puts other innocent road users at serious risk. Imagine if this had resulted in the death of someone else who had nothing to do with his personal issues. For that reason, FRSC should take this seriously and review his driving privileges, including retrieving his driving license if necessary. He was even live streaming.

This is also a reminder to fathers and guardians to train their boys to be emotionally strong and responsible men. Life will bring disappointments, especially in relationships.
