🚨 Recently came across an interesting project called NVIDIA Compute Network (NCN), with the token being $NVAI. The pre-sale window is already quite tight.
To be honest, at first I was going to skip it. There are too many projects claiming to be "NVIDIA" and "AI computing power," mostly riding the hype and storytelling. But the details of this project are so well-organized that it changed my mind.
💡 **The starting point of the issue is quite realistic**
GPU computing power is so expensive, yet it is often idle or wasted. NCN aims to solve this: how to make graphics cards truly work, rather than lying idle.
**The mechanism is actually not complicated:**
Graphics card connects to the network → performs AI tasks (training, inference, generation) → system accounts for completed work → settlement based on computing power contribution
This logic is called Proof of Compute, simply put: no circular transactions, no data spamming, genuinely using computing power to work.
**What’s a bit tense is the pre-sale pace**
This kind of ultra-short window arrangement is usually not designed for retail investors to take their time to research. You either understand it within this period or miss the opportunity after it ends.
I personally choose to participate with a small position, not because I have absolute confidence in the outcome, but because missing such information windows once makes it very hard to encounter an equivalent opportunity again. Sometimes FOMO isn’t entirely emotional; sometimes it’s a rational judgment about scarcity.
Computing power is indeed a necessity, but I've heard the concept of Proof of Compute quite a few times.
Small investments are fine, but the way this pre-sale window is set up... don't you think it's a bit of a scheme?
Idle GPUs are a real problem. Is it really worth taking a gamble on the solution?
FOMO should be rationally judged... I think this logic is a bit far-fetched; it depends on real user data.
Small amount investment, anyway, if missed, no regrets.
This is the first time I've seen genuine computing power monetization, but the pre-sale scheme is indeed a bit shady.
Let's see if it can outpace inflation first.
The key is really doing real work; how can we ensure it's not just a fake coin telling stories?
Using the pre-sale window as a tense tactic has been overused; retail investors are always the last to know.
How many can actually be implemented successfully? Be careful, it might just be the next rug pull.
