Crypto card integrates with non-custodial wallet ecosystem, further expanding Web3 payment scenarios

Abstract generation in progress

【Crypto World】A Web3 project has recently been working on a crypto card, planning to connect it directly to their own non-custodial wallet. This way, users can swipe and spend at millions of offline merchants worldwide, effectively bringing digital assets into everyday life. The card is backed by a deflationary token, which is a fairly standard approach.

The interesting part is that they also plan to integrate an upcoming decentralized exchange, enabling the wallet to connect asset management, trading, and spending across three different chains, making the ecosystem more complete. They have already attracted over 2,400 investors, who can earn an annualized staking yield of 55%, along with a 5% referral reward mechanism as an incentive.

From a product perspective, combining payment scenarios with the DeFi ecosystem is an interesting idea. Whether it can truly lower user operation barriers and increase retention depends on the subsequent wallet experience and trading depth.

55% annualized? I just remember those excuses from 2018, and now they're happening again.

Another integrated dream? Payments + DeFi + Wallet, sounds pretty good, but I'm worried it might just be another PPT project.

actually, the true algorithmic beauty here lies in how they're attempting to orchestrate three disparate blockchain primitives—payment rails, asset custody, and dex liquidity—into a cohesive topological structure. though ngl the 55% apy feels like a computational band-aid masking deeper ux fragmentation concerns tbh

Another all-in ecosystem project, maybe the gambling payment scenario can explode.

55% annualized? That return seems a bit questionable. Wallet experience is the key, right?

55% annualized? No matter how you look at this number, it's frightening. Let's see if it can run for a few months first.

Same old story. After all these years of crypto card payments, they still haven't figured it out. Will this time be different?

Another All-in-One ecosystem dream, but it feels like I've heard it too many times... However, a 55% annualized return is indeed tempting; truth or falsehood remains to be tested.
