Solana Ecosystem AI Project Kled Founder Reveals: Former CEO Continues to Sell Tokens in Ongoing Controversy

【ChainNews】AI project Kled on the Solana ecosystem has recently encountered some trouble. Founder Avi Patel directly called out Believe founder Ben Pasternak on X, accusing him of continuously dumping KLED tokens using a DCA strategy over the past 7 days—while the project just released its largest application update to date, and the market remains in a bearish downturn.

Patel revealed that, according to previous fee agreements, Pasternak holds over 6% of the KLED token supply. When Kled spun off from Believe in July, this token allocation continued to accumulate. Pasternak also publicly promised that he would never sell KLED on the secondary market, and if liquidity was needed, he would use OTC trading or burn the tokens directly.

But what actually happened? On September 25, the day of the app release, Pasternak’s public wallet address suddenly started selling off heavily. He later explained that the tokens had been transferred off-chain to an undisclosed third party, which then sold over 1% of the total supply on the market. Kled was forced to buy back some holdings off-chain at an estimated value of about $27 million, reducing his share to 3.5%.

A week ago, Pasternak resumed selling on the market. The Kled team organized OTC purchases again, further reducing his holdings to 1.7%. It is said that Pasternak still holds between 2 to 3 million tokens and continues to sell.

Patel stated that this incident is nearly over but strongly condemned Pasternak’s behavior.

Say you won't sell, huh? This is the scene of the Web3 persona collapsing. --- Another "I swear" story, this time it's Pasternak's turn. --- 6% of the chips are being aggressively sold in the bear market, the timing is just too perfect haha. --- Believe, when spun off independently, was actually counterproductive, unbelievable. --- DCA selling combined with project releases, this rhythm is just perfect. --- Promises and wallet addresses are calling out each other, how embarrassing must that be. --- In a bear market, trust is the most expensive. This move truly is self-destructive. --- So what about the off-chain trading and burning promises? Is this just playing with words? --- The same old story repeats. When will they learn to be smarter? --- The founder publicly dissing investors—no matter how you look at this project, it's a red flag.

Here we go again. You promised not to sell, but in the end, you still sold. This trick is getting old.

Another promise of "I will never sell," but in reality, running faster than anyone else—laugh out loud.

Ha, this wave of crashes is pretty brutal. Promised not to sell, but then turned around and DCA dumped everything. Isn't this a classic case of saying one thing and doing another? --- It's the same old trick again—talking about off-chain transactions being destroyed directly, but on-chain accounts are crystal clear. Who would believe that? --- The Solana ecosystem really can come up with all sorts of outrageous things. While builders are still working hard on applications, others are turning around and starting to dump. --- This is what you call "I have a promise," but I have a wallet even more. Incredible. --- Selling 6% of the supply like this? Don't you think about the impact on the ecosystem, or are you just trying to cash out? --- The problem is, in a bear market, insiders still have to cut a knife. How is Kled holding up? --- Promises are like air; in critical moments, on-chain data still speaks the truth.

Promises are as worthless as farting, this is the daily life in the crypto circle --- Same old story, the big shots never lack "moral" promises --- 6% of the supply is疯狂ly dumping in a bear market? That move is absolutely brilliant --- It's such a good time to launch an app and then dump, do you really want to die? --- Pasternak's move is really a bit disappointing, wasn't he supposed to not sell? --- DCA疯狂ly selling, huh? I think it's just DCA疯狂ly cutting the leeks --- Public promises are useless? Everything on the chain speaks for itself --- Why are the words of the big shots less reliable than the code? --- Kled has truly been backstabbed this time, the new product release is actually a negative signal --- In times like this, dumping can only mean they really don't see the community as people

Another golden promise gets slapped in the face again, this time with a big V as the main character. DCA selling really takes the cake.
