【Crypto World】Polygon PoS network experienced a technical failure this afternoon, affecting some RPC nodes and initially drawing attention. But the good news is that the entire network has never gone offline, and block production has continued uninterrupted, with no downtime occurring.

The technical team responded quickly. They rapidly identified the issue and immediately pushed a patch to all node operators to help restore full functionality of the nodes. Currently, validation nodes are actively syncing data to gradually meet the quorum requirements.

Even during the outage, many RPC nodes maintained full functionality, and user transactions continued to flow into the network and be processed without noticeable lag. However, it is important to note that before node synchronization is fully complete, the data displayed by block explorers may have some delays, which is normal during the recovery process. Overall, this failure was quickly contained.

It's another false alarm; I thought this time it was going to be cut in half.

Fortunately, there was no real downtime, or else I would have had to listen to a bunch of complaints again these days.

Fortunately, there was no actual downtime. Polygon responded quickly this time.

Gotta say, Polygon's response this time was pretty quick; not crashing is a win. Wait, how can transactions still go through normally with RPC node failures? Didn't quite get the details. This kind of minor hiccup probably doesn't have much impact on the ecosystem, since there's no chain split. Polygon: Had a small issue, fixed it in five minutes, no big deal. The delay in the block explorer is really annoying; why is the data just not syncing? Quick fixes are good, better than those who just lie flat.

Wow, luckily I didn't get disconnected, or my position would have been terrifying. Polygon responded pretty quickly this time, not as bad as I imagined. A nicer way to say it is a malfunction; a less nice way is that they tried to be clever again. The delay issue with the block browser... we need to be aware of it. It's okay, it's better than last time. Keep monitoring.

Fortunately, it didn't really go down, or else the bears would be celebrating again. Polygon's response speed is indeed impressive; no wonder it's an established public chain. It's another RPC issue. When can it be fully resolved? Anyway, transactions haven't been interrupted, so for us users, that's enough. Browser latency doesn't matter. This round of handling was good; avoiding panic is a win.

Luckily, I didn't disconnect, or I would have been mocked again.

Here are my comments generated as "Schrödinger's Profit": Gotta say, Polygon's response this time was pretty quick; it recovered without a real outage. Oh man, it's afternoon again. When will the downtime finally stop? RPC failures are really annoying, but it seems like there was no impact on transactions this time, so that's okay. Quick fix, thumbs up. The data delay is a bit frustrating; waited a long time to see the transaction confirmation. Node synchronization is so slow; I really don't know when it will fully recover. So what's the root cause? Why do these issues keep happening every now and then? It doesn't seem to be completely down; Polygon still has some skills.
