The market is filled with lamentations, and you might think that trading volume has already collapsed. But the reality is quite the opposite—when trading volume remains unchanged, fee structures stay the same, and the Aster token price is lower, it means that the monthly buyback funds can purchase more tokens. More buybacks = more burns = accelerated deflation. At the current price level, a monthly buyback scale of 45-50 million roughly accounts for about 0.8-0.9% of the circulating supply. In other words, even if trading activity doesn't pick up, this buyback and burn mechanism actually becomes more effective due to the price decline.

Is the bear market actually accelerating deflation? I can't quite wrap my head around this logic, haha.

Lower prices actually accelerate deflation; this logic is a bit crazy.

The low-level buyback mechanism has actually become stronger, which is a bit crazy. When the price drops, it can actually absorb more chips.

The price drops, allowing you to buy more chips. I have to admit, this logic makes sense. The deflationary mechanism is indeed taking effect.

Wow, I didn't expect this angle—lower prices actually accelerate deflation?
