The President of the United States proposed a development direction in the fields of artificial intelligence and virtual assets, suggesting that the overall plan for digital asset regulation has entered the completion stage.

Sacks used the term “critical moment” to indicate that Michael Selig and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Paul Atkins would work together as a “dream team” in formulating regulatory guidelines. Sacks made this statement based on Selig's indication that the U.S. Congress is working to complete legislation related to the market structure of digital assets.

Selig stated in a post on social media platform X: “We are at a unique moment, with new technologies, goods, and platforms continually emerging, and individual participation in the commodity market reaching historic highs. Additionally, Congress is ready to submit the Digital Asset Market Structure Bill to the President, making the United States the 'capital of virtual assets'.”
