Stop getting tangled up in the losses; it's really not entirely your fault.

Recently, I saw a market snapshot from a leading exchange (data from Coinglass), and the details were indeed a bit heartbreaking.

Statistics show that among hundreds of tokens, there are surprisingly 330 that have fallen more than 80% from their all-time highs. You read that right, three hundred and thirty. If we relax the criteria to a 50% drop, the number of qualifying tokens increases to 382.

What does this mean? It indicates that nearly 40% of the projects on the market have been halved, or even worse.

The current market capitalization structure is even more interesting. There are only 18 tokens in the range of 1 to 10 million. That's pitifully few. A large amount of capital is concentrating at the top, and small-cap projects have basically become a淘汰赛.

In fact, it’s not hard to understand. When a bear market arrives, there is a huge difference in choices between retail investors and institutions. Some are bottom-fishing quality projects, while others are stuck with small coins of varying quality. Market reshuffling is like this, ruthless yet efficient.

So seeing your account in red, don't blame yourself just yet. More often, it's a matter of market cycles and project selection, rather than operational ability. Manage your risks well, learn to assess project quality, and wait for the next opportunity to strike; this is the right approach.
