Recently, another fren encountered a situation where the u card subscription to gpt was rejected. The basic reason is that gpt has strict control over the IP, not because of the card itself. So if you encounter a similar situation, you can try switching to a US node, clearing the cache, or using incognito mode, and you should be able to successfully activate it.
