On December 25, suspected "1011 Insider Address" trader and XHash co-founder Garrett Jin posted on social media, stating, "As the leading precious metals such as platinum, palladium, and silver plummeted, Bitcoin and Ethereum began to rebound.
These metals are overbought in the short term due to crowded positions, increasing risk. This triggered profit-taking, with funds shifting from overheated trades to relatively undervalued assets."
