Recently, I analyzed the profit rankings of a leading perpetual contract platform, and the results are quite interesting. The platform currently has over 38,000 active trading addresses, but only about three hundred addresses can achieve long-term significant profits, and only around ten thousand are not losing money. This distribution perfectly follows a normal distribution pattern—most participants are actually just "running alongside" without significant gains.

Looking at the data breakdown, even when using a relatively moderate ROI standard of 5%, addresses that have been consistently profitable over the past week, past month, or even throughout the entire historical period are very few. This reflects a reality: under the high-risk nature of contract trading, the proportion of participants who can maintain stable profits is extremely low. Most retail traders either dabble briefly or continue to incur losses. The harshness of the market is evident in these data.

Damn, out of 38,000 people, only 300 are making money? I knew it, every time I look at the leaderboard, it's just a bunch of leeks cutting each other. --- Can you really earn a stable 5% ROI? Sigh... How do those people do it? I really want to learn. --- Normal distribution, just陪跑, just listen and don't take it seriously. Anyone who believes this data is just ridiculous. --- More than 10,000 not losing money, and only this many people? No wonder there are stories of爆仓 every day in the group. --- Is this data real? Anyway, I lost money, just consider it tuition. --- Very few can maintain continuous profits... So what are my little gains worth, just lucky twice? --- 300 profitable addresses, how to ensure they are not all just one person's alt accounts? Question mark.

Wow, over 300 people making big money, 38,000 people just along for the ride... This ratio is really heartbreaking. It's truly a life-and-death situation, and I can't believe some people can't even hold on to a 5% ROI. No wonder so many people around me are getting liquidated; it’s not an isolated case. Seeing the data like this, I feel like I’m about to be wiped out too.

Damn, over 300 addresses are profitable? 38,000 people are just along for the ride... This data is really heartbreaking. --- Contracts are just a money-making machine for the little guys; I've seen through it long ago. --- So I'm the only one losing? Damn, why does it feel like the percentage is even worse. --- The 300 people who are consistently profitable must be really tough; I wonder how they do it. --- A 5% ROI can't even be maintained for a month. What does that say? Everyone's bad at this haha. --- Normal distribution? It's just the 80/20 rule, always like that. --- I just want to ask, how do those 300 people survive? --- Retail investors really need to wake up; not everyone can make money. --- This data is a harsh slap in the face to a bunch of "contract wealth" marketing accounts. --- No wonder friends around me are afraid to touch perpetuals; the probability...

Honestly, looking at these numbers is a bit heartbreaking. Over 300 profitable addresses compared to 38,000... this ratio is outrageous. Relying solely on a 5% ROI to stay profitable is already so difficult. I understand why friends around me are all suffering heavy losses. Perpetual contracts are just a meat grinder; retail investors entering have a 99% chance of just being along for the ride. If you can't even sustain a 5% ROI for a month... that's the cruelest part. So now I prefer to play it safe and watch without making moves. It's much better than losing money. If you're not an expert, don't touch perpetual contracts. That's a bloody lesson, brother. This data shows one thing—most people are actually not suited for contract trading. How to put it, over 300 addresses making money are really tough players. Over 10,000 not losing money already count as winners in this market. Contracts are just a way to teach people how to be human; I have deep personal experience with that.

Another heartbreaking data report... Out of 38,000 people, only 300 are making money. Am I still dreaming among those 300? Really, 99% of people are just leeks. Wake up, everyone. A 5% ROI can't even be sustained. What does that mean? It means we simply can't play this game. Perpetual contracts are just eating people. Without skill and luck, you'll eventually lose everything. I just want to know how those 300 guys did it. Are they all whales? Looking at this data, I feel relieved. Anyway, everyone is losing, so just treat it as entertainment funds. This is the truth of the market. No matter how beautiful the candlestick charts are, they can't save most people.

The data is so heartbreaking... Over 300 earning addresses, 38,000 just running alongside, I'm just that one running alongside.

Wow, 300 winners out of 38,000? As soon as I saw that number, I understood. Most of us are just cannon fodder, haha.
