DeepLink Protocol has recently attracted a lot of attention in the industry. The project's positioning is quite interesting—it is both a decentralized AI cloud gaming protocol and also making efforts in the DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) track.

The problem the project aims to solve is very practical: traditional cloud gaming and remote control solutions are always plagued by high latency and high costs. DeepLink leverages AI super-resolution technology as its entry point, with the core selling point being enabling users to play AAA games in low bandwidth environments, reducing latency to below 10ms while maintaining image quality. This technological approach indeed has promising potential.

Even more interesting is its business model—building a compute power sharing marketplace. Users with high-performance GPUs can rent out their computing power for use in cloud gaming rendering or AI model training and inference. In simple terms, DeepLink aims to create a "cloud internet cafe" and decentralized compute leasing platform in the Web3 space, connecting this ecosystem through blockchain.

Regarding fundraising, DeepLink has been quite active in the Asian market. Although the specific amount of a single funding round has not been publicly disclosed, it is evident from the funding stages that the project has completed angel and subsequent strategic rounds. The funding mainly comes from industry capital support, backed by traditional hardware manufacturers and well-known Asian investment institutions. These funds are primarily used for R&D of AI encoding and decoding technology and expanding the global node network, indicating that investors are optimistic about this direction.

In terms of investor composition, DeepLink has attracted mainly professional institutions from the technology, gaming, and Asian markets. This "industry integration" characteristic also reflects the project's ambition to integrate hardware, content, and infrastructure.

Achieving 10ms latency is already incredible; this hype is a bit excessive.

A 10ms latency sounds great, but can it really be achieved? --- I believe in the computing power sharing model, but I'm worried it might just be another air project story. --- Having Asian investment institutions backing it feels okay, but not daring to disclose the funding amount is a bit interesting. --- The cloud internet cafe analogy is good, but whether it's reliable depends on whether the technology stack is truly solid. --- After GPU rentals become popular, how to prevent centralization? Have they thought about this? --- Super-resolution technology is indeed a bit, but I wonder if the metrics touted under actual network conditions are feasible. --- Another DePIN track appears. Let's wait and see. Right now, everyone dares to say under 10ms.

10ms latency sounds pretty good, but can it really run stably? The DePIN path just seems to be all about storytelling...

Is 10ms latency just talk, can it really run stably?

The computing power sharing market is indeed a good direction, but the key is whether the ROI of node expansion can turn positive. A 10ms latency sounds good, but in actual deployment, the efficiency loss from encoding and decoding is often an invisible cost.
