Bitmain's Antminer series recently released a firmware update that has attracted attention. According to industry feedback, this firmware upgrade will disable the microUSB port on the control board. It has been confirmed to affect several mainstream ASIC miners such as S19k Pro, S21, and S21 Pro. The issue was first identified on the S21 XP. This change has a substantial impact on miners' device management and maintenance operations.

Bitmain is causing trouble again, banning USB ports? Are they trying to lock miners in?

Bitmain's recent move is really outrageous, directly blocking the microUSB port? Miners can't even perform maintenance anymore.

Another one? Disabling the USB port is really a brilliant move. Bitmain is playing quite extravagantly.

No more pretending, this update is really amazing. Disconnecting the microUSB directly seems like they want to force us to spend money on after-sales service.

Disable microUSB? What is Bitmain playing at? Miners have to tinker just to maintain a machine.
