Trading crypto too often to the point of sometimes confusing which position is currently held. The habit of monitoring charts every second causes the brain to automatically switch to futures mode. After looking at a slightly volatile candle chart, it immediately feels like playing with high leverage even though it's just regular spot trading. The speed of crypto transactions really changes the mindset, from being relaxed to panicking quickly when seeing a small dip.

Haha, really, watching the charts and candlesticks every day until your brain explodes, forgetting what you hold is totally normal.

Laughing to death, I'm the same now... Watching the K-line multiple times a day, my mind is haunted by leverage nightmares, clearly just spot trading but stubbornly seeing it as futures.

Haha really, I often enter crazy mode as soon as I open the chart, and I just can't stop.
