Many people want to know how $Sats became popular. I was also involved, so I might as well share the situation at that time.

In August of that year, when Sats was still in the minting stage, a female KOL approached me to discuss the project narrative. To be honest, I was half convinced and decided to join. It was only later that I realized the community was actually very small—just two people in a WeChat group.

The real turning point was when a buddy organized a 24-hour voice Space on Twitter. This seemingly simple action had an unexpectedly strong effect. According to data, this Space attracted tens of thousands of participants and interactions.

What does this tell us? It’s not about the hype created by throwing money around. Instead, it’s about finding the right communication nodes and using continuous content and interaction to build momentum. From two WeChat groups to tens of thousands of participants, the key to this transformation was choosing the right platform, the right timing, and having enough patience to cultivate community consensus.

Looking back, this from-small-to-big logic can be seen in many projects.
