Many people in the crypto space ask the same question: If the principal is less than 1200U, is there still a chance to turn things around?

To be honest, the crypto world doesn't hold back on small funds. Either you endure the frustrating market conditions, or you get liquidated in one shot. There is no middle ground. I have a friend who started with this same principal in August last year. He took three months to grow his account to 25,000 U, and now it’s stable above 50,000 U. The key isn’t luck, but the three habits he later changed.

**First Change: Divide the Funds**

Split 1200U into three parts: 400U for intraday trading, 400U for swing arbitrage, and the remaining 400U as an insurance bottom position. He never goes all-in. This is not just risk management; it’s a basic condition for survival. Many losses start when all chips are pushed in at once.

**Second Change: Only Trade When the Market Is Clear**

Sideways markets are a meat grinder for small accounts, so he chooses to avoid them. When the trend isn’t clear, he stays in cash and waits. Instead of chasing every opportunity, he ensures each trade has confidence behind it. Markets are available every day, but the account is only one.

**Third Change: Use Rules to Replace Emotions**

When choosing coins, he watches the daily MACD golden cross, preferably confirming the trend above the zero line. The simple logic: hold as long as the price stays above the moving average; exit if it falls below. Entry signals are based on price and volume: a volume breakout is a signal. Gains without volume support are 90% traps.

The profit-taking rhythm is like this: sell part of the position after a 40% increase to lock in profits, then sell another part at 80%. If the price falls below the daily moving average, clear all remaining positions without bargaining. Stop-loss is more straightforward: if the closing price falls below the moving average, exit the next day. Holding positions is simply not part of his trading system.

His daily routine now is: find suitable entry points, enter quickly, exit quickly, and then he’s done. No late nights glued to the screen, no constant tension. His account grows steadily, and his mental state is good.

A tip for all small investors: only when your principal can survive does it make sense to talk about doubling. Divide your positions, be patient, strictly follow your rules. It may not sound exciting, but this is the path from loss to stability for small accounts. The fastest comeback in crypto is often the slowest one.

Sub-accounts are really a lifesaver for small accounts; otherwise, they would have been liquidated and eliminated long ago.

That's right, the key is not to be fully invested and to stay alive.

Speaking honestly, the full position strategy is indeed playing with fire. But bro, how come your friend hasn't been wiped out? Luck is really a key factor. Splitting positions sounds good, but it's too hard to execute. This kind of steady growth approach usually causes most people to lose their patience and their accounts to collapse before doubling. Compared to moving averages and MACD, I still believe in that saying in the crypto world: as long as you're alive, you've already won.

That's right, splitting positions is indeed the first step to survival. It's packed with valuable insights, but execution is just too difficult. Seemingly ordinary methods are often the shortcut to making money. Most people are still gambling, while he is making money with a system. I'm really afraid of limit-ups without trading volume. The rule is greater than luck, this phrase is worth reading repeatedly. Surviving is truly much more important than quick doubling.
