#稳定币支付与应用 I just saw a news article while researching stablecoins earlier. Korea's BC Card (which handles 20% of card transactions in Korea!) has surprisingly completed a pilot for stablecoin payments! 🤯

What does this mean? Foreign users can now pay local merchants directly with stablecoins—imagine, I have USDC or USDT in an overseas wallet, and without complicated exchange processes, I can convert it into a digital prepaid card to spend in Korea? This is so convenient!

I was a bit confused about stablecoins before, always thinking they were just "tokens pegged to the US dollar," but this case suddenly made me understand their real use—it's not just for speculation, but truly can be used as "money"! Covering 3.4 million merchants, this scale is no joke.

I want to ask everyone, will this kind of international payment application gradually expand to other countries? Feels like the spring of stablecoins might really be here? Or is it that using traditional remittance channels is already convenient enough now? Am I misunderstanding?

Can any expert explain the entire process? I haven't fully understood how the steps of stablecoin → digital prepaid card → merchant spending specifically convert between each other. 😅
