#美国贸易赤字状况 $DOGS, $GUN and similar coins, do retail investors really have to be eaten alive? Not necessarily.

Honestly, most of the time when you lose money in the market, it's not because you missed the trend, but because you're being dragged along by price fluctuations and can't figure out what the main players are up to.

The usual套路 starts like this—first, a heavy smash. Once the price is pushed down, most people react too slowly, and the only thought left in their minds is: get out quickly. While you're panicking and closing positions, the big players are quietly accumulating at the bottom.

Once they've accumulated enough chips, the market surprisingly doesn't move immediately. Instead, it oscillates back and forth, jumping up and down, with a very unclear direction, deliberately testing your patience. Many retail investors get caught here, selling chips they shouldn't have sold in the first place.

When your emotions are pushed to the limit, the price finally starts to rise slowly. Trading volume gradually increases, and the market begins to say, "This time it's really going up," with follow-up traders pouring in one after another.

But real distribution? It’s never completed in one go. Instead, they pull and create fake pressure, making you think someone is selling big orders, but actually forcing you to give up your chips. When enough followers are involved, the high-level distribution is truly finished.

To put it simply, the main players can repeatedly profit because they’ve mastered two weaknesses of yours: fear of large retracements and love of chasing rallies.

If you want to avoid getting chopped up like a leek, the key is not to guess the rise or fall, but to control your own rhythm—don't change your stance after just one or two candles, and don't let emotions make decisions for you. Watch the structure carefully, wait for the right position, hold on when you can, and be decisive when it's time to act.

Whether your account can slowly recover from this wave of market movement ultimately depends not only on the market itself but more on your mindset and execution. Get the rhythm right, and many of the pitfalls that seem unavoidable can actually be avoided.

Honestly, being repeatedly educated by the main force, the biggest enemy really is the mindset.

Sounds good, but most people just can't do it. I am the same... panicking when it drops, chasing when it rises, a vicious cycle.

If it's explained so clearly, retail investors still get cut. Mindset is really more difficult than anything else.

That's right, the key is really mindset, not luck. --- I got shaken out during that $DOGS wave, now I regret it to death. --- Closing a position with just one candlestick, who’s to blame? --- Main players’ routines are just so repetitive, I can't stand this tossing around. --- Waiting for the right entry is much more reliable than chasing the top, but I just can't wait. --- Controlling the rhythm well can really reduce losses significantly, easy to say. --- Afraid of retracements and love to chase the top, that’s exactly me. --- Accumulating at the bottom and distributing at the high, cycle after cycle. --- The moment emotions make your decisions for you, you've already lost. --- Balancing between holding on and acting decisively is tough. --- Whether your account recovers depends on yourself, that hits hard.
