Ever wonder why gold still matters when everything's going digital? This piece breaks down exactly that—and it's worth the read if you're thinking about long-term value storage.
Then there's Bulgaria's fascinating story: how they crawled out of hyperinflation hell and made their way to the euro. That's the kind of economic turnaround that teaches you plenty about currency stability and the stakes involved.
Saudi Arabia's next chapter gets explored too—what comes after oil-heavy economics and where they're heading in the global market.
Plus, there's an interesting podcast diving into private data issues (increasingly relevant as Web3 scales), and a roundup of 2025's most-read articles that people actually came back to.
Weekend material that connects macro trends to real financial decisions.

Gold standard... does anyone still care about this? I thought everything had gone digital, but it turns out more people are stockpiling gold now. LOL
That Bulgaria case was really intense. They managed to recover from hyperinflation and stay stable, much better than some other countries.
What about Saudi Arabia's shift to an oil and gas economy? I feel like this is the real big show. Adjusting the energy structure isn't that simple.
Web3 privacy issues are becoming more and more painful... We were promised decentralization, but the data looks just like transparency.
Reading articles like this on weekends is pretty good. Macro trends really need attention—they're related to your wallet.

Can gold still hedge against inflation? I see digital assets rising fiercely one after another. Are traditional assets really still effective?

Gold still has some substance, compared to those intangible things.
